Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Asan City B around 21:19, the Defendant committed a conflict with the Defendant’s obligee and the Defendant’s debt repayment; (b) committed a violation of his hand on the road located there on the ground that the dispute took place while the Defendant’s obligee and the Defendant’s debt repayment; (c) the police officer affiliated with the D District Unit of the Asan Police Station called the Defendant’s spouse upon receiving the report of C’s 112 and called the Defendant’s spouse, and (d) the Defendant complained of the Defendant; and (d) the E’s clothes sent to the Defendant, “I am, I am, I am, and I am, I am you am I am you am “I am, I am I am I am,” and (d) the F am to the Defendant affiliated with the same district unit at once.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported duties.
