1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2020, the Defendants moved a car siren to prepare the number of clothes of the sloping room with knowledge that people using the sloping room are continuously or repeatedly set, while entering the sloping room in front and south of the region, and then arbitrarily collect the password of the sloping room from the sloping room in the above manner, cut the password of the sloping room, cut the password of the sloping room into the sloping room, cut the password of the victims, and commission them to steal the cash of the victims.

On March 29, 2020: (a) around 17:00 to 18:30, the Defendants entered the D male escape room located in the Jeonbuk-gun of Jeonbuk-gun on March 29, 202, and then cut the shower, the Defendants classified the number of the following gate 294, set off the clothes in the escape room No. 294, and cut off the shower, and Defendant B reported the network; (b) Defendant A opened the above clothes room by entering the number continuously or repeatedly; and (c) took 1 million won in cash located in the victim’s wall from around that time to April 20, 202, the Defendants stolen cash amounting to KRW 3.3 million in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes, between around that time.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victims' property together.
