1. Basic facts

B. The purpose of this contract is to clarify the rights and obligations between the Plaintiff and Defendant B (Defendant B), B (Defendant B), B (Plaintiff’s affiliation), and C (Plaintiff) related to the production of the instant case.

With respect to the portrait and related third joint projects, a supplementary agreement shall be entered into in a separate consultation.

Article 9 (Reversion of Rights)

1. A, including at home and abroad, shall be the sole and exclusive right holder of all intellectual property rights arising from and derived from this case, including cable TV, IPTV, satellite broadcasting, home, video, video, DVD, BP-ray, OST music, any media generated in the future other than mobile and Internet transmission, mobile and computer game, all game production and release, publication of books, photographs, etc., and all derivative copyrighted works, including the right to make and pay, free of charge, and free of charge.
