1. Of the instant lawsuit, a claim for damages equivalent to the labor cost, indirect cost, and technical support cost by September 20, 2012.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing, manufacturing, and researching and developing luminous devices. The Defendant is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing, selling, exporting, importing, etc. medical devices.
B. Around October 2008, the Defendant requested the Plaintiff to participate in the domesticization project of 30 million won, and obtained the Plaintiff’s consent, and decided to produce and sell satisfys by combining the Plaintiff’s technology, the Defendant’s capital and business network with the Plaintiff. To this end, the Government organized a consortium and participated in the government tasks, while the Plaintiff agreed to establish a new corporation of 30 million won in capital and deliver the Plaintiff’s shares to the Plaintiff in return for providing technology, etc., and drafted an agreement with the Plaintiff on February 12, 2009, with the following contents.

4. The technical assistance of the plaintiff to the defendant and the new corporation is as follows:

C. Accordingly, the Plaintiff constituted a consortium with the Defendant and provided technology by participating in the government tasks with human resources and equipment input, etc., and the details thereof are as follows.
