1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On September 21, 2016, the Plaintiff concluded a real estate sales contract with the Defendant to sell at KRW 850,000,000, the Defendant sold at KRW 40,000,000 of the down payment, and the intermediate payment of KRW 60,000,000, out of the down payment, to pay KRW 750,000 on March 20, 2017, the remainder payment of KRW 750,00,000, as well as the remainder payment of KRW 750,000,00, as follows, at the time of the conclusion of the real estate sales contract with the Defendant on March 20, 2017.
The Plaintiff paid the Defendant the down payment amount of KRW 40,00,000,000, around the day of the instant sales contract (see, e.g., subparagraph 1).
The name map of real estate shall be March 20, 2017.
In this contract, the seller compensates for the amount of the down payment at the time of the default, and the buyer gives up the down payment and does not claim the return of the down payment.
No matter of interest shall be raised by both parties to the farm after trading.
B. At the time of October 7, 2016, the Defendant agreed with the Defendant to terminate the existing lease agreement between the Defendant and E, under the agreement between the Defendant and the said E, with respect to each of the instant real estate leased from the Defendant and operating the two pigs farm.

2. The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion was planned to use each of the instant real estate in operating a two-way farm, and the Defendant also concluded the instant sales contract with the knowledge of this point.
In order to operate a stock farm, it is essential to install a peassing facility that can supply drinking water to pigs, a swine carcass, and a treatment facility that can treat foul waste.
However, in the existing control facilities in each real estate of this case, water was not actually found out.
