Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2018, the Defendant received 112 reports from the police officer D, who belongs to the Busan Southern Police Station C District of the Busan Police Station, on July 23:30, 2018, stating that the Defendant was able to take a bath for women under the influence of alcohol and incurred trial expenses.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an assault, such as putting the arms and shoulders of the above D to return to patrol lanes in order to continue patrol duty, increasing the number of patrols, and smuggling of D with his hand, thereby hindering the police officer from performing his legitimate duties in relation to patrol duty.
