A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Chuncheon District Court on May 11, 2004, and on May 24, 2005, the same court was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief). On October 24, 2008, the same court was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the same court. On June 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery in the Youngcheon District Court’s territorial support on May 5, 2016.

[2] On June 14, 2017, from around 14:00 to 15:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of money from the victim D’s house located in Gangwon-gu; (b) opened and entered the house gate by using the cres without the victim; and (c) intruded the victim’s house through the window; and (d) went to the victim’s bank in the place where the money was invaded; but (c) did not have been stolen due to the lack of money; and (d) committed a theft and attempted crime by not later than February 14, 2018, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victims 11 times as described in the List of Crimes by the aforementioned method; and (d) invaded the victim’s residence on seven occasions.
