Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 10:00 on January 10, 2015, the Defendant driven B cargo vehicles without a driver’s license in the section of about 12 km from the front of the Western Hospital located in the Sin Chang-gun, Chang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun to the front of the peace gas office located in the Geumcheon-do, the same Gun.
2. On January 9, 2015, at around 20:55, the Defendant driven B cargo while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.056% without a driver’s license, from the road of the Peace Gas Office located in the Geum-gun, Chang-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Geumcheon-do to the road in the 3km section of the 3km away from the road of the Peace Gas Office, which is located in the Geumcheon-gun, Chang-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
3. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who has been engaged in driving cars B.
At around 20:55 on January 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven the above cargo vehicle and moved back at the Eart parking lot located in Chang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) was parked in front of the Eart, and (c) was damaged by the Defendant’s repair cost of KRW 460,249.
