Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

On June 7, 2014, at around 20:25, the Defendant driven the above cargo on the front road of the Seocho Agricultural Products Distribution Center for the Seocho Agricultural Products, Seoul Agricultural Co., Ltd., in front of the Seocho Agricultural Products Distribution Center. On the front side of the front line, the Defendant proceeded along one-lane from the front side to Kimcheon-si.

On June 7, 2014, the Defendant suffered from an injury of the victim, and around 22:30 on June 7, 2014, at Daegu National University Hospital, an emergency treatment of which was provided by the Daegu National University Hospital, 17-33 degrees.
