[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, the above punishment shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On May 18, 2019, Defendant A driven a DNA BM vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.085% alcohol concentration from the 2km section of approximately 2km to the 0.085% alcohol level from the 05:00-round May 18, 2019 to the 2km road located near the north-gu in Gwangjubuk-gu, Gwangju, to the adjacent point of the 1stular park.

B. Defendant A, at the same time and at the same place as above, had the person concerned, who was on the front line, who had been under the influence of alcohol due to concerns that the traffic accident would be prevented due to the drinking driving, had the person concerned make a false statement as if he driven the said vehicle. Defendant B asked Defendant B to “I would like to have driven the vehicle by drinking alcohol as if he driven the vehicle by drinking alcohol, because he could control it by drinking alcohol.”

Accordingly, around May 19, 2019, Defendant B investigated from the slope E belonging to the aforesaid police station at the Gwangju Northern Police Station located in Seo-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, and made a false statement to the effect that “ inside and outside of the police station caused an accident of shocking street lights while driving the BM car, resulting in an accident of shocking street lights while driving the BM car.”

As such, Defendant A had Defendant B make a false statement so that Defendant A may escape, despite being aware that Defendant A had committed an offense subject to a fine or heavier punishment, and abetted Defendant A to escape.

2. Defendant B was investigated by Defendant B from a slope E belonging to the above police station around May 19, 2019 at the traffic investigation team office of the above Gwangju Northern Northern Police Station around May 19, 201, and Defendant B is driving under the influence of alcohol.

Although being aware of the fact that brooms caused a traffic accident that shocks street lights while brooms, Defendant A made a false statement with the above Defendant A’s request that “inwards caused an accident that bMW car drives a bM car and turns off a broom and shocks street lights while brooms off,” it made a false statement.

As such, Defendant B is a person who commits a crime subject to a fine or heavier punishment.
