Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the defendants are above three years from the date of this judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants, while selling bags, etc. in the past for about 30 years as married couple, closed the business, and attempted to sell counterfeit goods purchased from Chinese or Dongdaemun-gu stores, etc. in order to maintain their lives by selling them. Defendant A purchased counterfeit goods and delivered them to Defendant B, and Defendant B conspired to play the role of selling and managing them on a door-to-door basis by receiving orders through NAV, etc.

A. A. On June 10, 2014, the Defendants, who committed a crime No. 1-38 crime table, cleared into the Republic of Korea one of the forged powder booms directly imported by Defendant A from China according to the aforementioned division of roles.
