Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On November 30, 2016, the Plaintiff leased the D Building E, which is one of the two years of contract, and the deposit amount of KRW 230 million, from the Defendant, on the ground of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul and two parcels of land, and paid the deposit to the Defendant.
B. Since the above lease contract has expired on November 30, 2018, the contract has expired, the Defendant is obligated to pay deposit amounting to KRW 230 million to the Plaintiff.
