Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery at the Seoul High Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at Chuncheon prison on May 1, 2016. On May 12, 2017, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced the Defendant to three months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on May 12, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 22, 2017.
