A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Habitual intimidation;

A. On June 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sounded the victim’s house gate 14:00 in Gangnam-si C without any justifiable reason before the victim’s house D (40 Does, n) located in Gangnam-si; (b) “I see in opening a door”; and (c) the victim did not open a door to know the door, “I see this Chewing year, the same year, and whether I am reported.”

B. On July 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sent out before the house of the Victim F (62 tax) located in Gangnam-si E at the end of the end of 18:00, reported the victim who returned home, and, without any justifiable reason, expressed his/her desire to “ging, ringing, smoking, smoking, and killing and leaving away”; and (b) threatened him/her of any physical harm.”

On August 11, 2015, the Defendant found to be drunked to the piracy G in Gangseo-si G on around 16:40 on August 11, 2015, and then died with the victim H (63 years old, female).

The victim expressed his or her desire as “,” and the victim expressed his or her desire without the reason why the test was conducted in Korea.

“In the course of tending the Defendant’s returning home, the victim made a threat as if the victim would inflict any harm on the body of the female by saying “I am, I am sle, I am sle, I am sle, I am sle, I am sle at this view”.

On August 16, 2015, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “I, I, h.h. to die if I, I, h.h. to die,” and the victim respondeded to “I, I, h.h. to die if I,” on the ground that I, f.m. noise before I (I, f.m., I, I, f.h., I, I, h. to die.h., I, I, I would like to see I, “I, I, I, I, you, you, you would see, I,” and “I, I, as I would like to put I, any harm to I’s body.”

E. On September 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) before the Defendant died of the Victim H (63 Doh, n, n, n, n, n, the Defendant: (b) around 16:50 on September 29, 2015.
