A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was living together with his employee and customer at the victim C (the age of 26) and entertainment establishments from May 2010, and maintained a de facto marriage relationship while living together with his employee and customer, and resolved a de facto marriage relationship around August 2012.
