Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a vehicle B in any case in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and Road Traffic Act;
