1. The Defendant’s KRW 135,050,312 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from November 4, 2004 to March 14, 2014, and the following.

1. Indication of claim;

A. Since 202, the Plaintiff, a company operating a trade business or wholesale business, supplied the original and original specifications for the manufacture of household bags to the Defendant, a merchant who manufactured and sold household bags under B’s trade name. As of October 31, 2003, the Plaintiff was not paid KRW 135,050,312.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 135,050,312, and as the Plaintiff seeks, from November 4, 2004 to November 14, 2004, 6% per annum under the Commercial Act until March 14, 2015, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
