Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the owner of a DNA sexual traffic business establishment in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, No. 814 and 1014, the Defendant: (a) employs female employees and made sexual traffic advertisements on the advertisement site; and (b) have decided to take overall charge of management of the act of arranging sexual traffic in return for the payment of sexual traffic to female employees and sexual intercourse with them; and (c) E, as the head of the above sexual traffic business establishment, is to receive KRW 1,300,000 per month from the Defendant who is the principal agent of the said business; and (d) recruited male customers visiting the said business to take charge of management of the business establishment by guiding male customers who visit the said business to an officetel with female employees to have sexual intercourse.

The Defendant and E, as above, recruited female employees F and G at D establishments around November 10, 2015, and the Defendant: (a) reported commercial sex acts as a broker’s advertising site “H” and “I; and (b) received KRW 150,000 in return for commercial sex acts from the police officer who visited by pretending to be customers; and (c) notified the above officetel 1014 with female employees F to engage in commercial sex acts; and (d) provided the same means of arranging commercial sex acts from October 15, 2015 to November 10, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant and E conspired with each other to engage in commercial sex acts such as brokerage.
