Around 00:40 on November 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received 112 reports in front of the Hanam-si B Apartment, that “the Defendant was “the Defendant d(36 years of age) without paying the taxi fee,” and provided the Defendant with a notice that he would return home, who was sent to the police officer D (36 years of age) belonging to the C District District would not bring his horses into his horse, and was tightly boomed by the Defendant, and boomed D’s shoulder by a bad hand.
As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
