A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2015, one name B, one name C, and one name D, one of which, “2015 Ma 3119 Ma, intended to obtain money from the victim E in the name of coffee payment. On April 30, 2015, one name D phone called the victim E to sell to the victim E for sale at 2,920,00 won of the Macro and coffee 400,000,000 won. Accordingly, it sent to the victim by facsimile a copy of the business registration certificate of “F” and the head of a bank account (Account Number G) in the name of the Defendant.

However, even if C, B, and D receives money from the injured party, they did not have the intention or ability to send the 400 boxes of coffee.

Nevertheless, C, B, and D received 27 million won from the victim of the same day to the above defendant's account in the name of the above defendant.

Around April 2015, the Defendant informed C and D of the account number of the said new bank account opened in the name of the Defendant with the knowledge that C and B would be used for the crime of fraud, and withdrawal of KRW 6 million out of the said money in cash from the active financial center of the new bank located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul at around 17:30 on April 30, 2015, and withdrawal of KRW 21 million from the new bank company North Korea located in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in cash at around 21:20 on the same day, and delivery of the money to C and B.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the morale of C, B, and D.

2. On May 2015, firstman B and firstman C, 2016, 2015, she opened a sales advertisement of H 61,140 km on the NAV Rober B, and she conspired to take money from a recycler as if she sold H s beam to a recycler as she would have sold sn beam to sn beam.
