Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor within fifteen days from the date of purchase;

Nevertheless, on June 2016, the Defendant purchased the C Austria passenger car owned by B from the Gyeong-gu Police Officer (Seoul) on June 2016, but did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds within 15 days from that date.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of a vehicle Oral vehicle.

No person shall operate any automobile other than those as prescribed by the Presidential Decree, on which the mandatory insurance is not subscribed, on roads.

Nevertheless, at around 09:50 on June 13, 2016, the Defendant operated the said automobile not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.
