Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2013, the Defendant entered into an agreement with the Seoul Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Additional Digital2, 30,9 (Gasandong, AlsMM) to extend the loan for the purchase price of the RE RE car B 2009-type SM7, and entered into an agreement with the Defendant at the rate of 13,180,000 of the loan, 24 months of the loan period (from February 26, 2013 to February 25, 2015), interest rate of 8% per annum under the loan agreement.

However, on April 3, 2009, the foregoing vehicle was mortgaged in the amount of KRW 26 million for social service Korea Co., Ltd., mortgage holders and debtors C and D, claim value of which was 26 million.

As above, the Defendant, despite the establishment of a right to collateral security on the said vehicle, required hospital expenses, etc. due to the Defendant’s E’s traffic accident on January 2013, which led to the need for a person who could not know of his name at that time, thereby making it impossible or remarkably difficult for the mortgagee to perform the security on the said vehicle by transferring the said vehicle to a person who was not aware of his name at that time.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed the defendant's goods which are the object of another person's right and obstructed the exercise of another person's right.
