Punishment of the crime

On 07:06 on 26, 2013, the Defendant driven a B rocketing vehicle owned by himself under the influence of alcohol content of about 100 meters at a distance of about 00 meters on the road front of the construction volume of the 401-4 head building in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.085%.
