A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2014, the Defendant: “C church located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B” after receiving 112 reports from a taxi driver on the front of the “C church; and, on the road of Gangseo-gu, the Defendant: (a) decided that E in the circumstances belonging to the D District Station of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station, which was dispatched to the site, would have the Defendant persuade the Defendant to pay the taxi fare to the destination; and (b) refused to do so; (c) spiting off the patrol vehicle intending to do other patrol duties; and (d) prevented the above E from gathering the above windows of the driver’s seat by hand in order to stop these acts and turn down on the fright; and (e) eventually,,, (c) removed the Defendant’s hand from the patrol car, removed the defect from the glass, and let the fright away from the glass, and (e) caused the Defendant’s loss to the left, such as leaving the fright, by failing to make any assault.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting handling duties.
