Punishment of the crime

No person shall infringe author's property right by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, lending, or preparation of a derivative work.

1. On March 15, 2016, around 04:44:56 on March 15, 2016, at the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City building B, the Defendant’s house No. 145 and 814, the Defendant connected the Internet web site “E” to “E,” which is the Internet web site site, by using computers, and copied without authority to allow multiple unspecified site visitors to share “E,” which is a victim’s literary work.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed the victim's property right.

2. On March 15, 2016, at around 04:54:01, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s home, accessed the Internet web site “E” through a computer to “E”, which is an Internet web site, and copied without authority to enable multiple unspecified site visitors to share “E, which is a victim’s literary work.”

Accordingly, the defendant infringed the victim's property right.

3. On March 15, 2016, at around 04:54:38, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s home, visited the Internet web site “B” through a computer to “Bonk,” an online web site,” and sent it to an unspecified number of site visitors without authority so that they can share “G”, a literary work of the victim F.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed the victim's property right.

4. On March 15, 2016, at around 04:57:56, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s home, accessed to “G”, an Internet web site, an Internet web site,” and copied without authority to enable multiple unspecified site visitors to jointly share “G”, a literary work of the victim F.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed the victim's property right.
