1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from May 13, 2016 to June 15, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;

3. As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit are promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, shall be recognized, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
