around 20:40 on July 30, 2019, the Defendant driven a Brocketing car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.159% in the 2km section from the front of the “North Family 119 Safety Center” to the front of the “Seoul Family 119 Safety Center” to the front of the “Saam Station 9” under the joint signature of Eunpyeong-gu at the same time, to the front of the “Saam Station 9”.
