When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.061% of blood alcohol level, driven a B observer passenger car at a section of about 4 km from the border near the Gyeongcheon Bathing Beach located in the city (Seoul dong) to the vicinity of the coast-to-To-To-To-To-Tolu department, located in the same city (Seoul dong).
