When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2015, around 21:30 on November 21, 2015, the Defendant discovered the victim who wants to board the elevator in the apartment in front of the 6th elevator of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel with no justifiable reason, and assaulted the victim, stating that “I am, stoves, stoves, and stoves” was “I am am stoves, I am stoves, I am stoves.”
