1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) Defendant D entered into a joint agreement and entered into a joint agreement. Defendant D is the F church of the Korea War Veterans Association on June 27, 2013 (hereinafter “F church”).

B) Between F church and the G land of Gyeonggi-gun, and 13 parcels (hereinafter referred to as “instant real estate”).

(2) The Plaintiff concluded a sales contract with Defendant D to jointly develop and sell the instant real estate and distribute profits therefrom. Around July 23, 2013, the Plaintiff developed and sold the instant real estate from Defendant D, Defendant C, and Plaintiff’s wife, and distributed profits therefrom. The Plaintiff transferred the studio building (hereinafter “instant building”) and its site on the part of the purchase price of the instant real estate to the F church, and Defendant D paid KRW 230 million in total to the Plaintiff on two occasions. The ownership transfer registration of the instant real estate was established with Defendant C as the representative, and entered into a joint agreement with Defendant C to complete the said corporation (hereinafter “instant joint agreement”).

3) Under the instant joint project agreement, Defendant C as the representative director on August 8, 2013, and Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is the Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”).

B) The instant building was established. B. On July 26, 2013, according to the instant joint project agreement, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer from I to K with respect to the size of 561 square meters in Jinjin-gun, Incheon, Cheongjin-gun, Incheon, where the instant building was newly constructed. On August 5, 2013, the Plaintiff changed the name of the owner of the instant building from I to K.

2. On July 29, 2013, Defendant E completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant C with respect to the real estate stated in attached Table No. 16, among the instant real estate, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of Defendant E, and the F church shall be listed in attached Table No. 11, Sept. 11, 2013.
