A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Alteration of an official document;

A. On December 11, 2013, the Defendant modified a copy of the measurement certificate under the name of the Incheon Environment Corporation, as shown in the attached Table 1 table of crime, by inserting the number of pages created and printed in the computer on December 3, 2013, after processing excreta 22,910 gg around December 3, 2013 for the purpose of uttering at E offices located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon around December 11, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant modified the 11 chapter of measurement certificate in the name of the Incheon Environmental Authority, which is an official document.

B. On April 25, 2014, the Defendant changed the E office located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, on April 25, 2014, to exercise, the Defendant processed excreta 22,990km around April 16, 2014 and copied a measurement certificate issued by the Incheon Environmental Authority, copied the measurement certificate issued by the Incheon Environmental Authority, and attached the number written by misunderstanding the number created by computer in the actual weight column of the copy by “25,90km” and re-duplicating it to “25,90km,” and then changed the certificate of measurement under the name of the Incheon Environmental Authority, such as the second part of the list of crimes committed.

Accordingly, the defendant modified the 11 chapter of measurement certificate in the name of the Incheon Environmental Authority, which is an official document.

2. Exercising altered official documents;

A. On December 11, 2013, the Defendant exercised the F apartment management office of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government around December 11, 2013, 2013, by presenting 11 copy of a measurement certificate, which is an altered official document, to G management office affiliated with the management office that knows the alteration, as described in paragraph 1(a).

B. On April 25, 2014, the Defendant presented a 11 copy of a measurement certificate, which is an altered official document, at the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Management Office around April 25, 2014, to G managers of technical management offices who know that the alteration was made.
