Around 19:00 on August 3, 2016, the Defendant’s office of the public Prosecutor’s Office: (a) called “the Defendant’s wife B from his wife to another person”; and (b) made a public insult to the victim C by openly insulting the victim by having two police officers and three to four persons, etc. of the Defendant’s wife who called “the Defendant had been sent to another person”; and (c) having two and three to four persons.
