1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall borrow or lend, store, deliver or distribute access media with the knowledge that such media is to be used for a crime or to be used for a crime;

On December 16, 2017, after receiving the aforementioned proposal from the above D and consenting thereto, the Defendant filed an application for a non-mediate media release service with respect to the SC Jeju Bank under the name of the Defendant and sent the access media by transmitting the above D’s account number (G), password 4, and password 6, with the knowledge that it will be used for the crime.

2. The fraud, by inserting a false advertisement as if it were to sell goods on the Internet used goods sales site, shall acquire money from the victims as the price for the goods.
