1. The plaintiff's appeal against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

2. All costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person operating the Internet media called K, and the Defendants are able to write comments on the criticism of the Plaintiff posted on the Internet portal site “Nber” (hereinafter “NER”) as follows.

(2) 피고 C는 J 09:25경 “존x추접스럽다 진짜 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ”라는 댓글을 달았다.

(3) 피고 D은 J 11:19경 “개 양아치새끼들 나이처먹고 뭐하는 짓이야 ㅉㅉ”라는 댓글을 달았다.

(4) 피고 E은 J 10:55경 “존경받을 노인분들도 많지만 저것들은 아니다. 스스로 보수라고 하는 놈들이 공짜랑 비슷할 정도로 할인해달라고 식당에 깽판을 부려 무덤에 쳐박혀서 허구헌날 '종북' '종북' 헛소리 하던 배고픈 늙은 시체들이 고기준다니까 우루루 무덤에서 기어나온거지.악취나는 썩은 시체들을 지옥불에 통째로 구워버려야 한다.”라는 댓글을 달았다.

(5) Defendant F, at around J 10:43, took the restaurant president who was affiliated with the K 10:43, whether he was the crime of marbling, and he took the marbling of sales. Defendant F will take the services of the K 10:43.
