Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around May 21, 2014, a permanent joint and several strike, such as the private labor gun, electric farming gun, the Korean Labor Team, the labor cable, the ordinary Korean History, and the Integrated Progressive Party, was held with approximately 10,000 members of its organization, the trend citizens of the victims of the Sewol ferry, etc. from May 24, 2014 to 23:00, and reported that, in the case of E, an outdoor assembly was held on May 19:0 to 23:00 on the south of the Cheongsan Scenic, that the luminous-distance-type 1 on the south side of the Cheongsan Scenic would run along three lanes in the direction of proceeding 3.7km toward the Cheongdong-gu Office of Bank of Korea.

On May 24, 2014, at around 18:10 on May 24, 2014, F activities commenced with the participation of G in 600 groups, such as the foregoing E as well as the Korean society, Han-gu, the Korean Disabled Persons Discrimination, the Sewol ferry, the youth network, the national network, the youth research group, and the Korean-level youth group, among the increased number of participants around 19:40, the rally was completed. However, in the end of 20:35 on the same day, YMCA building left the parallel route that was first reported in front of the YCA building, and H moved back 8 lanes along the sp.m. in the sp. sp. and sp. with the sp.m., H’s “def. as Cheongh” was unable to pass the vehicle in all direction of the sp.m. for about 25 minutes by the 21:00 p.m. inciting it.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with approximately 1,00 participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
