1. Facts of recognition;

A. (1) The Plaintiff’s trade name prior to the Plaintiff’s change was “the human nature of a stock company,” but was changed to the current trade name on December 24, 2008. The Plaintiff is a stock company engaged in the electric parts manufacturing business, the alarm device business for rolling stock, etc.

(2) The Sccom Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Sccom”) is the original recipient of the business of manufacturing, purchasing and installing the platform screen 20 history, including Seoul subway Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “PSD”) operated by the Seoul Urban Railroad Corporation on January 26, 2010, and the Defendant comprehensively succeeds to the rights and obligations of Sccom by combining Sccom on January 26, 2010.
