A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on March 27, 2009, and on May 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime at the same court on May 16, 2013.

On August 21, 2017, the Defendant driven a co-car in C with alcohol content of approximately 0.063% of alcohol in the 7km section from the Do in the west-gu Seoul Olympic Games to the front of the sports complex located in 44, Songpa-gu, Seoul Olympic Games.
