Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to temporarily use a forest to create a work site shall report to the Minister of the Korea Forest Service or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, but the defendant, from around 08:00 on May 19, 2013 to around 16:00 on the same day, without reporting to the competent authority, temporarily used a 184m area of 184m2, such as extracting 14m2 without permission using a cream, for the purpose of transporting stone in order to put it up into stone in a cemetery installed in the previous cemetery B from around 00 to 16:00 on May 19, 2013.
