Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2016, around 4:35, 2016, the Defendant driven a Bteme motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 300 meters alcohol concentration of 0.160% from the 300-meter section from the old high school located in 81 as the superintendent of the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, to the 131st educational intersection as the superintendent of the same Gu.
