A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant was living in the Republic of Korea on the ground that he was unable to leave his job, and that it was difficult for the Defendant to take home circumstances. At around 10:08 on the same day, the Defendant and D set up water surface guidance and gas burners in pharmacies and Schlages, while E sealed up the entrance doors and windows studs prepared in advance.
