Punishment of the crime

On March 19, 2019, at around 23:13, the defendant, as a pedestrian, cross-road in front of the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yongsan Park, in the direction of the Yongsan-gu square at the surface of the building B.

At all times, crosswalks were installed as the round-down three-way road where the center line of yellow-ray is installed.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and crosses the road in the direction of the square of the Yongsan Station in the vicinity of the building B on pedestrian red signal.
