All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The fact that Defendant A (Definite) operated a “Lunterel” or does not arrange sexual traffic.

Nevertheless, the judgment of the court below that found the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case is erroneous in misconception of facts.

B. Defendant B (Definite, misunderstanding of legal principles) 1 was aware of the fact that sexual traffic had been committed in the “L2el”. Nevertheless, the lower court’s judgment convicting the Defendant of the facts charged in the instant case was erroneous in misunderstanding of facts. 2) The arrest of the Defendant in the act of committing a crime against the Defendant was conducted without any grounds, and

Nevertheless, the judgment of the court below that found the defendant guilty on the facts charged of this case is erroneous in the misapprehension of legal principles.

C. Defendant E (unfair punishment) The sentence imposed by the lower court on the Defendant (six months of imprisonment and two years of suspended sentence) is too unreasonable.

The lower court’s judgment convicting the Defendant of the instant facts charged in the instant case is erroneous in misunderstanding of facts. 2) The sentence imposed by the lower court on the Defendant (one month of imprisonment, two years of suspended execution, and 80 hours of community service) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. The following facts and circumstances acknowledged by the judgment of the court below and the court of first instance as to Defendant A’s assertion of mistake of facts were duly adopted and investigated by evidence, namely, ① inside the “Lamyel” operated by the Defendant, and the Defendant installed a shower and separate shower facilities inside the locker room, and a large quantity of mixed seas were hidden in the 7th floor machinery room of the building where the “Lamyel” is located, ② the Defendant’s male-friendly job-friendly co-defendant B’s vehicle is like the red sea, which was hidden in the above machine room.
