Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 25, 2017, the Defendant interfering with his/her duties: (a) was on board a victim C (57 years old) on the front of the Jeju Viewing Viewing tower located in 10-gil 10, Jeju-si, Jeju-si on March 25, 201; and (b) was sent to the Korean Youth.

However, when the victim requested the use of another taxi because he/she was unaware of his/her location, he/she interfered with the victim's operation of the taxi by force by avoiding the disturbance between about 20 minutes of the victim, such as taking a bath to the victim, leaving the taxi, leaving the taxi, leaving the taxi, leaving the taxi, leaving the taxi, leaving the taxi again, leaving the victim's face twice by drinking.

2. On the same day as the description in paragraph 1, at around 21:45 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties: (a) check the Defendant’s personal information and check the Defendant’s identity; (b) check the Defendant’s identity; and (c) check the Defendant’s identity on the patrol vehicle; and (d) put the Defendant’s door on the part of the Defendant; and (c) put the Defendant’s seat on the patrol vehicle;

F. a patrol vehicle that she gets off from the patrol vehicle, and again she gets on the patrol vehicle, she gets off the vehicle and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of the report case by 112 by assaulting the said F’s chest on his hand by her hand.
