A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) (the Defendant driving) driven the above vehicle around 12:35 on April 2, 2020, and led the Defendant to turn to the left at a speed of 414 lanes in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and the “lane for Escopic Intersections” from the intersections of the Russ market intersection to the direction of the intersections of the U.S. at the speed of three lanes in the direction of the intersections.

In this case, the defendant engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to accurately operate the steering system, brakes, etc. of the motor vehicle and to safely check the road structure and the driving situation of other motor vehicles.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded to the left by failing to operate the steering gear and brakes properly while under the influence of alcohol of 0.113%, while driving the steering gear and brakes at the right side of the above vehicle, the Defendant received a signboard of speed limit which was installed on the right side of the above vehicle at the right side of the vehicle, and continued to change the driving route into one lane, and sustained one lane on the right side of the above vehicle, and continued to proceed along one lane with the victim C (Nam, 58 years old)'s driving D Lastynasi, which driven along the above vehicle as one lane, changed the course to three lanes again, and stopped at the right side of the Defendant's driving vehicle into three lanes, and suffered injury to the above victim E (Nam, 50 years old), namely, the victim E (Seoul, and 50 years old), which was stopping at the right side of the Defendant's driving vehicle, and suffered injury to the above victim C, such as the victim's in need of warning treatment for about two weeks, and the injury to the victim E.

2. On April 2, 2020, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol by 0.113% of the blood alcohol concentration from the front road of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of the same Gu H, around 12:35.
