Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant without obtaining a motor device bicycle license;
1. On November 9, 2015, around 18:58, he/she driven 124:00 obane in the section of approximately 15 kilometers from the front of the Dongdaemun-gu Station in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul to the lower end of the 15:00 obane.
2. On March 23, 2016, the Hongmun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul around 14:14, the 277-8 front day of the 277-8-dong red-gu, the same Gu Red was driving from around 2 kilometers to the front day of the shooting distance at approximately B 124 Simba.
3. On June 21, 2016, around 16:08, around 16:08, he/she driven an Oral Seaba in the section B 124 Simp. from the road in front of the 460-34 of Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul to the road in front of the same Gu Seomun-dong Hong-dong.
4. On June 24, 2016, around 16:33, 2016, he/she driven an Orabababa in the section B 124 Simbababa in the section between approximately 3 kilometers from the 460-33rd-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul to the south school distance in the same Gu-dong.
5. On October 3, 2016, around October 10:36, 2016, he/she driven an Obaba in a section of approximately 700 meters from the front road of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-dong wedding Complex to the front road of the 160-lane red luxa-ro 160-ro, both of which are located at approximately B 124 Simba.
