Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On August 15, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.179% from blood alcohol level around 14:50 on August 15, 2017, and driven the road of 3-lane in front of the 7153-lanes in front of the new luminous intersection as he/she was safe, along one lane from the death side.

At this point, there was a vehicle in the same direction along the two lanes, so there was a duty of care to accurately operate the steering and steering gear and secure safety distance for those engaged in driving of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to do so under the influence of alcohol and proceeded in the same direction by negligence along the same two-lanes.

In the end, the Defendant, while driving a vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, such as influenite, walking, red, etc., caused by negligence to inflict an injury on the victim G (43 ) who was on the fluoral car in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, such as salt, tension, etc., and suffered an injury to the victim G (43 ) who was on the fluoral car in need of approximately three weeks of treatment.
