1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 10,955,50 to the Plaintiff the annual interest rate of KRW 15% from July 13, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff with the trade name of “B” is a company that manufactures signboards, placards, etc., and the Defendant is an engineering work company, etc.

The Plaintiff was requested by the Defendant to produce and install signboards, placards, etc., and accordingly, manufactured and installed signboards, placards, and placards related to the sale of buildings C from September 2016 to June 2017, but did not receive 10,95,500 won.

Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay the above payment and damages for delay to the plaintiff.
