Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the preemptive control work with the trade name of "D" in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City. Any person who intends to manufacture a container for filling high-pressure gas, which can be moved, shall register with the head of Si/Gun/Gu.

In order to manufacture high-pressure gas containers, the Defendant manufactured high-pressure gas containers equivalent to 350 meters in diameter and 180 meters in height and 180 meters in high-pressure gas containers at the request of the police officer during July 2013, 2013 in order to withstand the high-pressure gas containers to be used for scientific experiment under the 10 Mespheric pressure (100bar).
