Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2015, the Defendant driven, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.093% during blood, a section of approximately 300 meters from the street in front of the “Dab-si” vehicle in Gwangju City to the front road of the Gyeongan Middle School in the same Dong from the street in front of the “Dab-dong” vehicle in Gwangju City to the middle school in the same Dong.
