A retired worker B's total amount of KRW 1,212,090 for July 7, 2013, KRW 1,391,660 for August 2013, and KRW 1,345,270 for September 2013, and KRW 6,560,550 for money and valuables, such as retirement allowance of KRW 2,61,530 for September 2013, and KRW 6,560,550 for money and valuables, such as retirement allowance of KRW 2,718,230 for nine retired workers, were not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties, as shown in attached Table 1.
